We did a whole month of accountability, folks! Good, great, even the not so good, doesn't matter; we can learn about ourselves and our bodies' needs and improve on that.
I learned that I fluctuate. A lot. I've been using the Libra app, weighing daily, but just posting my weekly weigh-ins here. For next month, since I've got a month of Libra data under my belt, I will post my weekly trending weights. I do see that Libra gives me a more meaningful number.
