Busy schedule- No excersice

Need help. I'm a full time student and work part time. I get a few calories burned at my job. However, I never get time to actually break a sweat! I do on my off days which is twice a week! I get my burn on!! Still I need ideas maybe before bed, after homework. Randoms I can do standing in line at the grocery store lol... Any suggestions?

    I love doing walk at home workouts with Leslie Sansone!
    Turbo Jam has a great 20 minute and a few great 30 minute workouts. :)

    if you have a zumba program near you, you.should definitely check it out ! its not necessarily a fast workoit but you sure do get your burn on if you do it right ! (:

    30 day shred is only 20 minutes of your time. wake up 30 minute early to get it in or do it before bed.

    Remember that results are 80% diet and only 20% exercise, so dont get too hung up about it.

    You can find time each day to do 2x20 squats and press-ups. That'll keep your strength training ticking over!

    Thanks guys!! I wanna work some muscles too..Zumba is fun and went and purchased some Dvd workouts!!! lol IDK why I didn't think of that lol
