    Ugh, gained some probably water weight from yesterday (changed up my workout a bit, so it's my own fault). Well, at least the hurricane has passed and I should be able to start working out outside again. Been really missing getting out and about with all the rain this week.

    Challenges: TOM bloat early in the week along with hormonal eating challenges. Weather and TOM keeping me from paddling (which is my best calorie burn exercise). Started a new workout which might have caused some water retention today (was expecting to start in the 134's instead of being .6 pounds more than yesterday).

    Successes: Given how bad my TOM and eating was this week, still glad the increase from last Friday's weigh in (+.2) wasn't worse. Started a new inverted pyramid workout which I think is going to be helpful, assuming I can stay on track with it.

    I know what you mean!! :confounded: I'm dreading a stall this week too. I've been stuck for nearly two weeks in the same spot (and this is my first stall to work through). I've upped my exercise this past week, and tried to be even further under my calories, but the scale hasn't budged. Even bumped up my water today. Hopeful it breaks free tomorrow which is my record weigh in day...but sadly, I think my scale knows and might just be stubborn. :/ Guess in a few hours, we'll see, eh? But I appreciate your attitude and perspective. It gives me hope that this too shall pass.

    A little loss, but not as much as I was hoping to see. I bet as soon as I post this, if I step on the scale, it'll weigh me less...it almost always does...it's become a Friday game that the scale and I seem to play...sigh. I know I should stop stepping on the scale, but call it morbid curiosity... :/

    Challenges: Trying to break through a stall (been hovering around 135.6 (+/- .4) for about a month now) which has been a bit frustrating. Today's weigh in is still within the standard deviation :/ Still hopeful it is a move in the right direction since it has been a few days since I've seen anything under 135.6.

    Successes: Increased my workout activity this past week (over previous week) and worked hard to stay under my calorie goal. Always like to see a drop in the waist and hip measurements. :)

    Off to swim a km tomorrow. I hate that I sift through a dozen outfits just to get out the door some days. My first goal is to try to get to a point where more of my normal clothes fit me and no bulgy bits poke out! Just the simplicity of dressing in 10 minutes again is something I crave.
