September Squats and Crunches Challenge!

                    Starting September 1st, same challenge we did in August.  But, I am going to add weight to my squats and work a little harder on my form for both the squats and the crunches.  And, I'm adding a little something for my arms . . . .

            I will give the squats a committed go....the other stuff...well, easy does it there.1

            I have zero upper body strength. Will definitely be doing the push ups "girlie style".1

            I'm in. I started the last one over a week behind and I crapped out. This time I get to be on the same day as y'all to keep me motivated. I'll pass on the pushups but will work harder on the other two. Day one complete!0

            I'm starting tomorrow. I'll start on the day 3 and loop around to finish off at the end of the month, too confusing otherwise. Excited!1

            Day 3 done. 120 crunches, 75 squats and I did 11 push-ups on my knees! Whew!2
