    I did 30 push-ups and 30 crunches yesterday. Looks like I'll be doubling up on squats today.

    I'm starting tomorrow. I'll start on the day 3 and loop around to finish off at the end of the month, too confusing otherwise. Excited!

    Day 3 done. 120 crunches, 75 squats and I did 11 push-ups on my knees! Whew!

  • Starting a few days late, and already in a plank challenge this month, so I'm taking on the squat challenge but not the push-ups or crunches. I haven't been exercising for a while, so that should be enough for now ;)

    Day 1 squats done -
    day 1 push ups done
    after going to a class doing squats ,lol
    push ups done barely & not very well , didn't think i'd be able to with my arm might just stick to small amounts of push ups
    forgot the crunches

    Whew. Ok so day 3, 4 (only could do half), day 5 + the other half of day 4s. Doing squats with 20#s- seems to be going well! :).
