I don't normally watch this show, but I stumbled upon it today, and he's giving all sorts of tips on weight loss and calorie burning... pretty interesting.
When to exercise, weigh yourself, eat breakfast, take supplements, etc.

Sometimes I like Dr Oz and has really good information and sometimes I think he is full of crap.0

I actually tried his website for weight loss - WAY WAY too much work. That's why I came back here.0

I watched for a bit. He is a bit labor intensive and I think he's just endorsing products...it can all be good info but I agree with the above poster that it's just too much work, lol!0

He has no degree in nutrition...so most of his stuff, I only take with a grain of salt. He's all about sensationalism.0
