I just hope that the surgery for fixing lose skin becomes more affordable so people who have worked so hard can have a final outcome that makes them comfortable. Much respect to you for losing the weight and getting your health back. Congratulations.26

Great post. Well needed. Thank you so much for sharing. And congratulations on changing so much. That's great dedication. Amazing job.
An aside, I have the man pecs too. I've always been small breasted so they used to work in my favor to add some size and perkiness. After having a few kids they fell and now I have a double boob if I don't wear support. I think it is probably more common, and noticeable in smaller breasted women.8 -
Brilliant post .. Probably one of the best I've ever seen on these boards! Your realistic approach and self-loving nature has clearly lent to your journey.. I appreciate you!6

I see a lot of ppl blaming themselves for their weight - yes it is true it is partly our own fault but lots of it the way the food industry & Medical profession have pushed their "kitten" at us. No not all calories are equal & calories in calories out mantra sounds good but it is too simplistic because of the modern diet a lot of ppl are insulin resistant, have hormonal imbalances etc & wonder why they can't lose weight. Do I take responsibility because my PCOS that I have had since 16 yrs wasn't diagnosed until I was in my 60's - no - I doubt if they even knew about that when I was growing up.
That was an amazing & ENCOURAGING post! I would rather have loose skin a 100 times & be healthy then morbidly obese & every year going upwards & upwards & feeling like I am dying. Because in the latter situation you probably are.9 -
Awesome loss! You should not be ashamed on having loose skin. You have worked really hard to lose the weight that you did. Keep going! Don't let having the excess skin prevent you from achieving your overall weight goal! Thanks for sharing and showing us what we could expect realistically.2
