Hi, can anyone tell me why calories burned don't show up under activities for strength training like they do for cardio? Why can't I enter calories burned manually like you can when you do cardio activties? I'm new to this site. I've just started about a week ago and maybe I'm just missing something? Thanks.

  • I can't figure out how to either. I just add Strength Training to the cardio part & put 60 mins.

Yep, just add a cardio exercise and call it what you are doing, then add the appropriate calories to it.
  • what if u dont know exact how many cals you are burning tho?? i still just keep them separted it gives me a bost if there isnt much in eather of them makes me do more etc
  • Ok, so I'll just put it in as cardio then. I did that at first, but I was trying to keep the 2 separate. Thanks for the replies everyone.
