Basically I cut out all carbs/grains/fruits. You can check out my journal but I just started logging. I eat eggs and sausage for breakfast. I don't usually eat lunch, but when I do it's a salad or just a meat, I make cheese "crackers" get the "thin cut" cheese, put it in the oven at 300 for 20-30min... Soooo good. Then dinner I do meat and low carb veggies (broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, lettuce) I lost 7lbs my first week so I'm going to keep going... Also, drink lots of water because ketosis is harder on the kidneys! I would love to "friend" you if you're interested... My keto partner dropped out!8

I have been eating the same as @kirby1983 for almost a week and have lost 7 lbs as well. I found all of my recipes on Pinterest1

I have lost 25 lbs in 8 weeks basically cutting out carbs and eating lean proteins. No cravings at this point. I am always looking for new recipes so if anyone has any to share they would be greatly appreciated!3

Im doing the same. Down 18 in 2 weeks. I love making hamburger meat with taco seasoning, putting it in lettuce cups or lettuce shells, put on sour cream, and sprinkle with cheese (or melt cheese in microwave and put melted cheese on top of it). Sooo yummy!4
