There are no shortcuts to being lean. Consistency and hard work are key.1

Well....why not? Those are the words used in the title, which means.....taking a shortcut to lose weight.
OP, good luck but there really are no shortcuts. However, if quickly losing weight is not what you mean you might want to clarify.
