    i wouldnt take the title to heart! its not a quick fix. just something to try thats all.

    Well....why not? Those are the words used in the title, which means.....taking a shortcut to lose weight. ;)

    OP, good luck but there really are no shortcuts. However, if quickly losing weight is not what you mean you might want to clarify. :)
