My progress....

Hello all.

I've been working at this weight loss thing for a long time. Finally *got* it a year or so ago. Enter : gym and nutrition awareness. I am far from perfect but I have learnt that with hard work and perseverance I can do it! Even after a few days of bingeing, or even after an operation that meant I couldn't exercise, I can always get back on it. And I have. Anybody can. So if you think you've ruined things recently, I can guarantee that the body has a shocking resilience and will bounce back if you help it!

I also know how hard it is to look and see your progress when you think you have so far to go. So I am going to take the time to do that.

This is me at my highest weight. This was a few years ago. I look completely different now. Hard to remember this person.
