How about a single serving of ice cream that fits within your calories goal?
I also love melon5 -
Fresh fruit!! Strawberries, blackberries, cherries, oranges, watermelon, pineapple are some of my favorites.5

My new favorite non-treat treat is Yoplait whips yogurt. They come in all sorts of flavors that sound decadent like strawberry cheesecake etc. I like that they are satisfying, probably because of the protein, and I don't feel the need to eat more than one.
ETA: Just to clarify, it's the Greek 100 whips I'm referring to. I think there are regular, higher calorie ones, too, but I haven't tried those.5 -
Sugar free popsicles are just 15 calories each and so refreshing.4

I don't know if I would call them healthy, but they do have fruit chunks in them--Outshine Pineapple Fruit Bars (80 calories). They have other flavors too but I'm currently in love with the pineapple.0

Fudge pops, sugar free Jello pudding cups, cocoa roasted almonds, Skinny Cow ice cream bars, Greek yogurt (sometimes I add chocolate chips or other crunchies), banana "nice" cream (about the same calories as regular ice cream), hot cocoa, fruit3

Dark chocolate coated strawberries or just dark (70% plus) chocolate generally. Yum!2
-
Noosa yogurt with granola or skinny cow ice cream sandwiches:)0
-
I usually go for pudding or jello cups.1

I currently have Oikos Strawberry Yogurt or high protein snacks when hungry. Nuts, Sunflower Seeds are favorites over cottage cheese. Why you might ask? Well these things are easy on the stomach and full of protein. They also reward me with a weight loss in the morning!
So if you have a sweet tooth try adding a little handful of nuts, add protein or a zero sugar Oikos Yogurt. Low calorie and very yummy! Best wishes to you!

Vanilla greek yogurt, fat free, with raspberries topping. It usually works.1

I have sugar free jello brand instant pudding with skim milk for a treat every evening. It satisfies my sweet tooth (especially the pudding) and doesn't mess with my calories or blood glucose level in the mornings.2

Try home made Cranberry Nut Granola bars. Easy to make, taste great and...healthy !

Frozen grapes. Put grapes in a sandwich-sized zip lock bag - put in freezer overnight. Enjoy.3

Almond butter and strawberry jam on a piece of wheat bread with walnuts and blueberries. This has been my goto snack at home for a long time0

This is going to sound weird but sweet hummus is good. I make a snickerdoodle hummus and eat it with apples and carrots. soupspiceeverythingnice.blogspot.com/2016/08/masonable-mondays-5-snickerdoodle-hummus.html

Fruit? Natures candy...1

Crunchy Rice Rolls - Can get them at Aldi, or Dollar Tree. Fairly new product to the US, I think. It's similar to a rice cake, but in the shape of a 5 inch long by 1.5 inch wide log or tube, but not hollow. Crunchier than a rice cake, and sweet - held together with rice syrup. one roll is about 40 calories. It reminds me of a crunchy version of a rice crispy treat, but only slightly sticky, not goo-ey. Love them!1

sweet and good for you? Fruit is the only thing I can think of. Freezing fruit helps it last longer. I still have frozen cherries and grapes that I take out for dessert. It is very good.1

i grab an apple. its amazing how sweet fruit can taste once you stop the sugary bakery type sweets..at least to me.2
-
SF Jell-O with 2 tbsp Cool Whip Light topping on top... yum!!!0
-
Cantaloupe and strawberries are remarkably low cal, and are delicious!1
-
How about a cube of sugar?0
-
Also you can put frozen strawberries in the food processor with a little milk... just enough to make the processor work. Tada, soft serve strawberry "ice cream" and it is really delicious.3
-
It's probably not the most healthy... lol but a plain rice cracker with a teaspoon of Nutella and 1 sliced strawberry.. does the trick for me1
-
A raw carrot. Surprisingly sweet. They were used instead of sugar during WW2.0

Fruit, Greek Yogurt, Lenny ans Larry's Complete Protein Cookie0

Freeze dried apples.0

I heated one whole wheat wrap (130 calories) until the bubbled and turned slightly brown, then I smeared 1 T of peanut butter on it (105 calories) and I added one bite size of dark chocolate Dove (42 calories.) Then wrapped it all up and chowed down. SUPER good and 277 calories. Granted it may not be super healthy, but it's more filling than a candy bar. And it tasted sooooo good!1

The variations of this are endless, but tonight I'm having...
a SF Strawberry Jell-O / Banana Greek Yogurt Parfait layered with crushed Walnuts and Almonds
220 Cal / 12g Carbs / 2g Fiber / 19g Prot / 9g Fat
Yummolicious!!0
