My change has affected me in an extremely positive way. I was suffering from depression on the highest level. I literally tried everything to lose weight I even contemplated breaking my own job so that I can have to get my mouth sewn shut so i could only drink liquids. This seriously is really really bad. Losing weight it's so much more than the vanity that comes with looking in the mirror but my self-confidence is extremely high.... and I started to love myself again not because of how I look but because of how I feel. I hope that answers your question

brother - I think I can relate to the pain you had. I've been 'forced' in to this fat suit for two decades or more. I too want to break free from my self-imposed awfulness (My mind more than or as much as my body). I am to the point where gym is now my therapy session vs torture session. That's a good place - although my body is still horrible, seeing stuff from guys sorta-close to my age - seeing stuff from guys like you really gives me a lift. Thank you Taylor. Now, get off the f'ing internet and back to workin' out! :)
