i am Dee Katuu from Nairobi, Kenya. I have been using myFitnessPal on and off for two years. My weight has stagnated at 69-71kgs within that period and am just desperate to lower it to my ideal weight of 55(am kinda short)
So feel free to add me. I would love the motivation. I am currently pairing this with FitBit Charge to ensure i keep moving enough. Hope to be inspired by your journey!
