I am starting the ketogenic diet Friday and am looking forward to it! I need to lose between 80 and 100 pounds and hopefully get some energy in the process.

I'm a newbie also. I want to improve each day by eating and exercise better than the day befote.. I'm reducing my carbs and trying to mostly no pre-processed food.0
