Good morning all!
Wishing you a very happy Wednesday! I'm finally getting myself going here this morning. I just took all of my vitamins and now I'm watching fitness YouTube videos and getting ready to hit the apartment gym to do a fasted cardio session!! By the way, what vitamins do you all like to supplement in your diet?? I just have to make some preworkout and then I'm ready to go.

I woke up feeling good but when I weighed myself I only lost 0.2 lbs from yesterday's weigh in and guess what!? This is great! Slow progress is better than no progress and I would much rather see a gradual change than a fast/rapid one because gradual is what's going to stick!

Small victories people!
Cheers to a great day--xxx

Congrats on your victory @fitgirl_Arabella - kicking butt! I totally love the statement that "slow progress is better than no progress". That might be my quote of the day. :)

My small victory today: I'm still in size 6 pants, in spite of a recent up-tick in weight (due to excess food and a lackadaisical attitude lately).

To your question about vitamins - I don't take any, but I try to get lots of veggies and nutritious foods. What preworkout do you use?
  • @JustSomeEm congrats to you as well! And keep pushing through those less tan motivated days! As of right now I am using a watermelon flavored by Optimum Nutrition. It's working very well, minimal jittery feeling and it helps boost my focus on the gym an insane amount! I would definitely recommend it if you're looking to try one. Plus, it's a good product for the price! ($29.99 on sale)

I don't personally do fasted cardio, but if you do it, you might consider taking some BCAAs, whey powder, or glucose/dextrose beforehand, to keep your body from burning muscle as fuel, which happens during fasted exercise. :+1:

Hey, it's better than nothing! Great job
  • @Cherimoose I definitely appreciate sharing that knowledge! I do take a BCAA pre and post irk out, so, we all good :)
