Anyone from Lansing MI???

Just wanted to see if anyone is from Lansing or East Lansing Michigan. I'm moving out there in a few weeks and would love any helpful tips on a good gym, walking trails, places in general to get exercise outdoors. Also, how you cope with the winter weather for getting exercise (i'm from California). Thanks

    I have no idea why you are moving to MI but good luck. I'm so ready to move out of this state, I live in N. Michigan. But I'm sure if you went to MSU website and did google research you would be able to find out the info you are looking for.
