Hey,
I've been on these boards now for some time. Whilst I have a lot of American people on my list, I don't have a lot of British people!
I'm from London, lost around 120lbs and do mostly weight training and some cardio.
Looking for people with a lot of enthusiasm and focus.

UK here too, South West (Gloucestershire).
Been a member of the site for a long time but haven't used it to it's full capability but am slowly starting to use it more now and will utilise the community etc too.
Current 16 stone 10 lbs, (at 5ft 8) and feel I need to be around 12 stone ish.
Move more, eat better and less, keeping it simple but consistent.
Feel free to add me, i'll be one here more and more now.
