Does anyone have a good idea for a good workout?

10 Leg Lifts

10 Second Plank
10 Jumping Jacks
10 Push Ups
10 Jumping Jacks
10 Scissor Kicks
Time yourself if you want to. (=
And have fun! And don't strain yourself. If you can't do the push up in the plank position, do it on your knees! And the plank will help you build up some strength, so that one day, you can do the plank position push up!
