before and after FACE edition

This has been a beautiful journey that has become an adventure to see how much health and physical change I can have to continue to live a full life honouring G*d and also to live a long life to enjoy with my wife. It has truly been a change challenging my thoughts and not so good behaviors acquired from childhood about eating and my not so healthy relationship with food. Now I enjoy food and also enjoy exercising. I control my weight now through how much calories I consume instead of trying to control my weight by exercising too much. It's much easier to keep your weight in check by monitoring my in/out consumption of calories than running the risk of back eating my calories and then having to exercise more to make over what I have eaten in the first place ! These are pitfalls I fell in and also learned.

A 40 pound difference.

Down 80 lbs, 40 to go.
