Well everybody TAROM is back and we are starting over for 2009! Let's see how long we can go for. Still updating on fridays and still the regular thing apply.

For those who wanna jump on the wagon:
TAROM means tie a ribbon on me. Thus the picture of a ribbbon:laugh: The idea is you are a gift to yourself. With your wieghtloss and healthier lifestyle you could make youself as happy as when you open up that really pretty package that was under the Christmas Tree.

We update once a week on Fridays and updating measurments is optional. You could just post your wieght.Example:

as for measurements. I guess we could do it the same as last TAROM. what you measure is up to you.

    What a great idea! I just hope I can remember to post every week!

    I don't know my measurements, but hopefully I will find out today at the doc for my first week weigh in.

    I don't concider this to be a bad week. I went to a buffet for dinner on saunday and it took me a week to lose the wieght again. It was the fancy buffet resturant. the expensive kind that you only go to once a year or two. I'm not embarressed to say I enjoyed myself, i lost the wieght again so I'm not worried.

    I have done great this week. My second week. I have logged everything and been under every time. I have worked out real hard 2 times in the past 6 days (and will again today) but no change. I am EXACTLY the same. To the half a pound.

    I maintained my weight while on vacation. That would be wonderful in itself, but the fact that I ate healthy and exercised every day is even more amazing!

    Truly a lifestyle change, not a diet for me!!

    This weekend was a little crazy, what with a rugby awards banquet (BUFFET! BEER!) on Saturday and a crazy night last Friday. I would have been happy to have broken even for the week, but I still managed to lose 1 pound. Woot woot!

    Another pound down. I'm into the 260s now. . .first time in a looooooooong time! And I've started going to the gym again (also first time in a long time, but not as bad as it sounds since I've had rugby in the fall and spring).

    Hello everyone. Had a good week, started exercising my @ss off 4 days a week. Feeling really good about myself and still losing weight. Two pounds this week. Also, I'm definitely losing inches (even though I don't measure) because I now have "fat pants". Finally!

    I wouldn't worry.. no doubt you'll be doing all sorts of wintertime outdoor fun activities....You'll likely burn it off.

    Great week for me! Despite all of the Superbowl cheating I had my best week (since week 1) and lost 3 pounds! Going to the gym regularly has really geared up my loss, I think. And maybe all those chicken wings gave my metabolism a little jump-start (at least that's what I told myself).
