Something is wrong with my right shoulder, I have never broken or pulled anything in that region, and I thought maybe it was the way i sleep. But it can't be. Its really bothering me because Its hindering my progress. Everytime I try and go into plank position to do any variation of exercising it will not let me. Its not exceedingly painful or anything, just a little tiny sharp pain and weakness. It doesnt make sense and it doesnt let me get the most out of insanity. Somebody help me...?

Bodily injury doctors visits are covered by insurance, otherwise no one would ever be able to afford to go to a specialist. Check with your insurance to see if you need to get a referral from your primary care physician before seeing a specialist. You may have simply pinched something, but I'd get it checked out if I were you.

They should be covered by insurance. If you can call your insurance company. You might need to go to the Dr and have them refer you so it can be covered under insurance. Good Luck.

Maybe your rotary cuff? I think that is what it is called. Google it and see if your symptoms are similar.

Then have someone at home help you excersize your shoulder.Lift light weights or do slow shoulder circles. You could also try to press your arm against a wall and stretch your shoulder by putting all of your strength on your arm,Try to slowly build up your strength until you are fully able to excersize it yourself. If that dosen't work, leave it be for a week or two. I hope this helps!

Any doctor visit should be covered by most insurance companies because it is an exam. Sometimes the treatments are the things that cost more because of meeting the deductible, co-pays, etc.

If it continues, I really hope you get it checked out!

I'd recommend taking a week at least off from anything that hurts it. It sucks but you have to let it recover.

I would have it checked out.because you could possibly do more damage if you exercise it.
In the mean time,I would ice it.
    good luck
