    For my birthday today, I was able to go horseback riding - something that used to be my life when I was younger but I hadn't been on a horse in 12 years. It's something I wouldn't have been able to do before losing this weight. I will admit I cried happy tears tonight thinking about it. I'm so grateful for this new start in life. <3
