I am so stoked and SO proud of myself for sticking with this. I'm a first time lifestyle changer and reformed Dr Pepper addict and I've worked SO hard for the past two weeks to change so much. At times I was overwhelmed at the amount of changes I had to make in order to achieve my weight goals but I stuck with it. My goals was 2 pounds a week on a 1200 calorie diet and I ate my exercise calories back too. I wasn't sure how things were going so out of curiosity I got a scale today and checked my weight. I am ON TARGET!!!!! In the past two weeks, I've lost FOUR pounds! Yeah me! LOL!
If nothing else it has motivated me to see that this is paying off and I am on target and dropping as I should. And to be honest, I've done minimal exercise other than housework, chasing my four children and packing around my newborn. This is Great!
