Volleyball season started up again this past weekend. I played the first game and played better than I have in years due to my stamina increase from working out. I felt great and played amazing.

That's great! I love volleyball, I used to play in high school. I've since gotten fat and lost most of my stamina :P0

That has been me too. I play in a league at the university. It helps fund the volleyball team for the school.
