    Been doing this for 5 weeks, I have lost 9lbs and I feel amazing, You will do fine, Just remember to stay focused, I love this site. Very helpful. Good luck.

    HELLO i started thinking ...what is this going to do .....BUT this works i say just after 1 month everything falls in place the food is easy
