Hi
I'm Debbie, Almost 42 and a sole parent of 2. My current weight is 279 down 20lbs since July 1. My goal is 180 (which is still technically overweight :|). I haven't been doing anything special, just sticking to 1500 calories a day and 30 minutes on my recumbent exercise bike every evening.
I weigh everything so I know exactly how much I am eating. I love the barcode scanner for the app and tracking has been so easy.
Being a sole parent is extremely stressful and it's a daily struggle to not emotionally eat.

    I wish you all the best with your goals you have set. Just remember one step at a time. And if you miss one and fall. Just get back up n step on again.
