Accountability Buddy

Hi! I work out 5-6 days a week and have great consistency at the gym. Unfortunately, I like food too much and ruin my hard work with my eating habits. I am hoping to find someone to keep me accountable, who is also into fitness and lifting heavy or calisthenics and struggles to eat right to match.

    Hi. Seems like you got it down :-). Especially with your dedication to the gym I bet you can do it in the kitchen.

    You work out a lot - you've got that part down! And honestly, that can be the hardest aspect in a lot of cases! You've definitely got motivation, you just need to put some of that positive attitude in to your diet plan - which is so achievable! Start small by tracking your food and getting general awareness about what you are consuming. In time, you'll have the eating thing 'down' and you'll be reaching all your goals :)
