I'm a new mom and during my pregnancy I ate whatever I wanted. Although I only gained 30 pounds. I really want to get down to 125 I'm a stay at home mom and don't have much time to hit the gym.

I hear people say it's 80% eating and 20% fitness

I would definitely love some peeps to talk to and give advice/meal ideas ☺️
