Hiya all!!

I need help can anyone help me answer the following question...

I use the Zumba DVD's and just ordered P90X 10 mins workout...

How do you know how many calories you have burnt as not an option in my exercise database :( do you use an alternative or a similar form of exercise in the database??

Thanks in advance! :)

You can use something similar, but even then its not accurate. The best way would be to buy a heart rate monitor, which will then work out your calories burned, I love mine, as you then truely know what your burning so you then know if you can eat more or need to eat less. the calories burned on MFP I found were so wrong, as doesnt take into account your current fitness levels and is very generic.

For Zumba, I use High Intensity Aerobics.
  • Thanks guys :-) I don't like using the MFP database I find myself toning down what I've actually done to ensure I don't go over!

Funny enough I have a heart rate monitor you have just reminded me!! Brought it's years ago & never used it!! :-)
