Mr. Owl did it in three...but it looked like he got really rough in the end and I never saw that tootsie roll center.

Idk but I wouldn't trust the owl. Walking around in a graduation cap all, "trust me, I'm a scholar". Id ask for credentials. Because that look when he bites the lollipop is a bit toooo crackhead-getting-his-fix. And crackhead owls can't be trusted...2

Ahhh yes... the bloodthirsty crackhead owls from the East Side. I ran into them once when I was trying to score some shower curtain. Nasty little kittens. I thought this guy was a West Side owl. They use their wits in between the crackead shakes...1
