Has anyone done the paelo diet? Im interested in doing it. How has it worked? And what are a list of foods and recipes?

I tried it a while ago and found it too restrictive.
The basic premise of eating whole, nutrient dense foods is a good start, but having list of good & bad foods isn't a good idea for long term success.2 -
I am sending you a previous thread that provides some opinions, site resources, and recipes to help get you started or at least informed. I am on a more restricted paleo diet for health issues, but I actually find that I eat more of a variety than I ever did on a regular diet. I'm not really interested the hunter/gatherer lifestyle. I've watched enough Naked and Afraid to nope out of that.
But they DO lose a lot of weight on that diet, that's one thing that is for d--- sure!0 -
