I tried it a while ago and found it too restrictive.

The basic premise of eating whole, nutrient dense foods is a good start, but having list of good & bad foods isn't a good idea for long term success.

I am sending you a previous thread that provides some opinions, site resources, and recipes to help get you started or at least informed. I am on a more restricted paleo diet for health issues, but I actually find that I eat more of a variety than I ever did on a regular diet. It doesn't have to be restrictive - it all depends on research, motivation, and how your body feels on it. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/comment/37648160#Comment_37648160

I'm not really interested the hunter/gatherer lifestyle. I've watched enough Naked and Afraid to nope out of that.

But they DO lose a lot of weight on that diet, that's one thing that is for d--- sure!

I'm not (love legumes). But there's an active group, if you decide to go that route. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/37-primal-paleo-support-group
