For the past week or so iv been getting really really bad nausia at night times, its horrible, i feel so sick in my stomach and usually stops me from sleeping, I have a big problem with vomiting, so even with the nausia I dont throw up, i still freak out and think im going too, which ends up in crying, shaking and not sleeping.

Is this maybe from a change in diet?

The only thing making me feel better at the moment is sipping at lemonaid, which is wierd but it helps.

Anybody else get this?

:(

This could be any vast number of things, but from a dietary perspective: how are your potassium levels? How much are you getting each day, especially when compared to sodium intake?

I have had nausea and stomach issues/cramps after I eat for over a month now. Mine is looking like it's gall bladder issues after I finally went to the doctor. If it lasts longer than 1-2 weeks I would for sure go to the doctor because it could ber serious.

I just read in another thread that a spoonful of peanut butter helps. I haven't tried it yet, but good lucl! My old stand by has always been ginger ale, but that's off the table for now.

    I might try that!
lemonade really does help for me, i have no idea why and people say it doesnt work for them, but maybe its just a mind over matter thing for me, as soon as i start having little sips of it, i feel a thousand times better, it helped me get to sleep last night :)

A PP mentioned gall bladder. Definitely look into that, because your symptoms sound very similar to mine before I had to have mine removed.

I'm in the same boat as you. Later in the day I've been feeling REALLY sick! I'm not sure, but I'm thinking it might be my body eliminating all the crap I've been eating for years...? By the time dinner comes along I don't even feel like eating, but I force myself to eat at least some soup. Hopefully tonight my salad will do the trick!
