I've gone from 260 to 201. From 260 to 205 I looked thinner as I lost the weight.. However now I'm still losing weight but I'm starting to look like I've put on a few pounds. My face is looking rounder and my arms appear a little fatter. I am exercising and toning along with my dieting, though.
What could be causing this? I know it can't be all in my head since up until a few pounds ago I was feeling thinner and thinner (

The only way to be sure it's not in your head is to get that tape measure out. If the tape backs up what you thought then the most likely reason is water retention. Blame it on the hormones I'm afraid. As long as your weight is still going down then in the long run you will be thinner even if you have days when this doesn't seem to be the case0
