I was good all week. But no snacking to celebrate. That glass of wine sounds good. Tomorrow with dinner.
    Restart 9/12

I've been silent a few days, but still choosing not to LNS. Used one of my "choice nights" tonight to enjoy a later-than-normal indulgence while visiting my folks. (Also choosing to stop …while watching my Sooners implode. :cold_sweat:)

    September Late Night Snacking GoalsUpdate:
    • Eat nothing after 8:30pm 26/30 nights. 16/26
    • Eat nothing after 10:30pm 4/30 nights of my choice. 1/4
    • Choose to adult, instead of impulse today.

That's so good! Have you seen the results?

@sculls79 Yes, I have lost 4.2 lbs this month. I've been tempted but managed well. :)

(I think this will be easier some day when teenage boys don't live in my house...they snack all the time!)

I'm in! Anyone may add me as friend to see my food diary( less likely to cheat). One small snack after dinner if it falls within carb/calorie allowance.

  • It is difficult for me to give up the late night snacks. That snack provided the sugar, fat or salt that put me to sleep. Now my personal sunset takes over at 1-2 a.m., instead of 11 p.m. I suppose that I will get accustomed to sleeping without it. And I am not volunteering for the sleeping pill roller-coaster either.
  • [...] I suppose that I will get accustomed to sleeping without it. [...]
I am giving up my nightly pint of Kroger ice cream. But I suppose I can permit myself to have 20 saltines with Texas Pete Hot Sauce. That is an exchange of 800 calories onto 200 calories respectively. Ultimately, I will go to sleep without any crutch whatsoever; one can hope.
