Hello everyone

I've been of work now for 4 weeks, due to an op I've had on my legs.. I return to work tomorrow. Over the last 2 weeks, I've started to become more mobile, and I've been on 1800 cals, I've lost weight, over the last 2 weeks. I am now looking to reduce my cals to 1500, as I will be a lot more mobile. I need to be loosing 2lb a week. Does any one have any recommendations.?? Thanks Andrea
