As a person with down syndrome I need to adapt every exercise I do or procrastinate doing when you workout what do you work on and if you need to adapt or adjust something in your workout like balance and low muscle tone how would you keep it simple and low impact

Search you tube for videos of beginners low impact workouts. Then watch them through to see if you can do the movements. Maybe start out with Leslie Sansone's walking videos. Good luck1
