Mine isn't either. I did all the troubleshooting I knew how to do before emailing FitBit's tech support and they're replacing mine.

Mine stopped syncing too. I think it is a server issue. No need to replace your devices so soon.

I agree that it sounds like a server issue, as mine isn't syncing today. I'm waiting it out and seeing if it starts syncing in a few hours.

Fitbit say it's their server. And it must be MFP. Any one have any ideas about contact mfp for a quick response? Looking online and can't find the contact details

Same problem with the flex as well, and was driving myself nuts trying to work around the error token message. Glad to know it's a server issue and hope it's fixed soon.

food logged today on MFP is not synced to my FITBIT.
Obviously it is a server error somewhere and will eventually get fixed..

usually these days I just leave it and it eventually goes back to working, really annoying still

just seen a post that says MFP have an outage, would have been nice to be told via e mail or something as I have just delinked my fitbit and now can't reconnect it to MFP , not happy at all. Wheres the customer service guys, don't hide stuff please and then cause the consumer problems!

I noticed that my food is moving over to Fitbit, but my steps still aren't coming over here. So half fixed?

Mine is opposite. My steps are showing up here now, but my food entered is not all showing up on the fit bit dashboard. This is my first full day using my new fit bit and it is frustrating.

I was wondering if the problem was webside - mine haven't spoken to each other for the past 13 hours. I entered part of my dinner, while I was on the bus, this morning and that went back to fitbit, but nothing has updated, since.

I'm twitching because it's 11pm and I can't complete for the day because it's all red!

Charge HR here, and mine is working and syncing fine since I tried this:

1.Change your diet/fitness profile on MFP. I changed from active to lightly active and waited a day.
    2. Change it back.

Hope that helps folks. It seemed to kick mine back into gear. I think it's because it forces MFP to recalculate how much it estimates you'll burn at a given activity level, which it then compares to Fitbit to get you the negative calories or added calories to your daily goal.

And by waited "a day" I don't mean 24 hours, I waited from morning until evening, the "day" part of a day.

Spoke too soon - now fixed here. Still red, mind! (Never mind, I was way under yesterday)

Looks like it's slowly coming back. I've got 2 out 3 working. Fitbit steps showing on MFP, calories eaten showing on Fitbit dashboard, now just missing exercise showing on Fitbit dashboard from MFP.

It's 1.5 out of 2, here. Steps gone over from fitbit to MFP. most recent food addition from mfp to fitbit (though i tend to ignore that, as it never syncs right, anyhow - if i change a food entry, both the old and new one appear in the totals). no sign of my lunch or the veg I had with dinner transferring to fitbit.

The MFP/Fitbit connection is very buggy. I've tried to disconnect my fitbit and reconnect it to get it to synch up, and it won't actually let me disconnect. I go back to reconnect and find it's still connected. I've tried going to fitbit and taking away MFP's permissions and then re-allowing MFP, everything. I can't get the thing to synch up.

Ha! Just now, after complaining here, I was able to actually disconnect, and then re-connect. But still no synching. I've more or less given up.
  • Same here. I have done all the troubleshooting but still no syncing from the Fitbit to MFP but MFP is sending to Fitbit.
  • I have the charge Hr and had the same issues, did all the trouble shooting(on fitbit and mfp) and still nothing. I am now using my fitbit with under armour record and having NO issues.(just make sure UAR is set as your main step counter on MFP)

My steps seem to have started going over to MFP from fitbit which is the most important thing for me, so I can see my calorie adjustment, I'm not as bothered seeing it the other way as it can get depressing seeing fitbit tell me I'm over budget when I know I'm not.

My Fitbit steps show up on MFP, but 0 calorie adjustment. Very frustrating because I'm still hungry but don't want to go red.
