    Okay, lets see how this goes for me! Starting at 167 on 9-11:
    9/11-- 167
    9/14--166
    9/17--165
    9/18-- 163.8

    Kind of reluctantly posting it today. I did meet my dietary goals. I wasn't under my calories at all. I didn't even get 10K steps on my pedometer. So I have no idea how the scale had that quick drop of almost 1.5 pounds overnight. Has to be water weight. Maybe from less sodium? Hmmm.....

    Almost 1lb. Have not been great though this week with food. It's weekends that get me as we tend to relax a bit too much on what we eat/drink. Next weekend is a birthday double with my fiancé turning 30 on Friday and my 31st on Monday. After that we have agreed to refocus at weekends!

    I feel more motivated and accountable being part of this group. I am usually good at fitting in some exercise during week and have tried Tone it Up last week. It was good and very challenging.

    I am also focusing on the grains / sugars I find that Greek yogurt with berries or 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast do the trick...a salad w protein for lunch - if you limit carbs you get to add fat which is very filling. Dinner is variable & more of a downfall; somehow gelato that my husband buys makes its way to me; need to severely limit wine during this phase ( boo hoo)
