Losing weight in New Jersey

I've gained about 30 pounds because of a back problem and just plain laziness. I'm trying to get into better shape and get my life back on track. I'd love to find friends with similar goals to help me get through this!!

    I am recovering from surgery on my spine. I'm from NJ originally, but live in NYC now. A MFB friend who understands back pain would be great.

    @GothamVeggie I completely know what you are going through. Back in 2002 I broke my back and had to have 2 spinal fusions. Spinal surgery is a b**ch.

    I have a friend who has had two spinal fusions and he is in constant pain. I hope your situation is better!
