Did great for awhile then gained a few back , got back on track today and can use any tips, advice , friends

    Sometimes we need a bit of a break. Than we get back on track. You're doing great. Glad to see you back with a plan.

    ive just had 2 weeks of going out and eating and drinking way too much but like you back on it now .
    Don't worry if you fall off every now and again as long as you are still going in the right direction i'ts good to take a break .keep at it and don't give up.

    Thanks , it's nice to know I'm not alone. That's my downfall ...eating out

    If i know i'm going out for dinner at the weekend i try and do a bit more exercise during the week leading up to it and add the extras calories on to that day giving me more for the meal.
