I'm Back :)

Hey all! I tried MFP years ago when it first came out. It was nice but k ended up deleting it. However, I kept hearing a bunch of people talk about the app recently so I redownloaded it. My how things have changed! I'm excited to try it out again!

My current goal is to lose between 25 & 30 lbs. 28lbs will get me to my goal weight of about 135 lbs - a weight I haven't been since I was a child and it was unhealthy for me to weigh that much. Needless to say I've struggled with my weight for a long time.

But! I've been eating better, healing my relationship with food, working out 4-5 days a week and yoga almost every day. I'm sooo so excited to reach my goal weight! And I'm excited to do this with a new community :)
