I honestly don't know how I lost weight this week. I majorly messed up a bunch of times. But I got back on track and kept exercising. I think running and weight lifting has made a big difference.

I'm losing about 0.7 lbs a week which is pretty far off from what this challenge needed to be. I'm going to readjust my goal and try for a total of 20 lbs lost by Christmas so I can remain realistic. I'll still be pretty happy to be in the low 160s by Christmas!

Starting weight (SW): 175pounds
Goal Weight (GW): 125 to 130 pounds.
Please put down your statistics( let's keep it simple)
And at the end of each week ( preferable on a Sunday tell us how much you loss).

40 lbs. over the next 94 days is aggressive, but achievable if you really put yourself into it! You'll need to lose about 3 lbs./week. Healthy weight loss is normally pegged at 2 lbs./week.
If you are really committed, I say "go for it!" But no one here will criticize you for making a goal that is more in keeping with your late entry into the challenge.1 -

Thanks! I will try my best, obviously keeping my daily calorie limit and working out at least 4x a day. Bc am just starting, i know I will probably lose more now and then it would slow down later1 -

But it's still an active thread since there are 3 months left until Christmas. People have been joining and others have been dropping out since the challenge started August 1. No rules here, just friendly encouragement.
