NEED HELP!

Hi eveyone, I am new here and I don't really know how to use the site. But I do the Firm workouts and the Turbo Jam, but when I want to put them on the workout log they don't come up. I do not have an HRM so if anyone can help me figure out how many calories I'm burning with the workouts it would be greatly appreciated.

    Of course it's best to get a HRM. But I turbo jam is kickboxing, although the burn is a little exaggerated on here. The firm I would log as circuit training
