    I snacked but it was only 120 cals so I'm not cut up about it tbh.

    Last food was 20 Saltines with Texas Pete, and a glass of sugar water (2Tbps) at 7 p.m. Set for the evening.

    • Eat nothing after 10:30pm 4/30 nights of my choice. 1/4
    • Choose to adult, instead of impulse today.
