Hello everyone. I am kind of new to this and have never done measurements before. When I started 6 weeks ago, I measured my neck waist and hips. And today I measured again, and if the measurements were correct, it says I have lost 1 inch off my neck, 1 inch off my hips, and 5 inches off my waist. Can this be right? I have lost 18 pounds total, it just seems like a lot of inches to have lost, and I am not sure I see it on myself...

Sounds right to me. I lost 2 inches off my waist in the first week!0

This is exactly why measuring yourself is a good idea - it enables you to see evidence, other than on the scales, of your weight loss. You wouldn't necessarily notice it on yourself, but when you see it as a number, it's just a little extra proof that what you're doing is working!0

Thank you for the help. I feel better now0
