Gained 30lbs over the summer :0

Hey yall! I ended up gaining 30 additional unwanted pounds over the summer. In total im at 206lbs. (More than ive ever weighed in my life) I started a lawn maintenance and landscaping company this summer thinking id drop some weight.. its crazy how easy it is to over eat and gain when your physically active everyday..

Ive decided to research and set a goal.
I am currently at a 700 caloric deficit.
My maintenance at 206lbs is 2700 calories. So im at the 2lbs a week range. I am also intermittent fasting 16:8. So far im loving the fasting!! Its awesome eating bigger meals at the end of the day and i feel much more clear headed during the day!! Def would recommend it to people with a busy schedule or jusy anyone who likes bigger meals.

Anywho. Ill be online everyday using this app. Loving it so much!!

    2700 calories is a lot! Especially for girl... your fat doesn't need calories, don't count it.

    I weight 206lbs. I checked my tdee with body fat percentage and it said that my maintenance was 2700.

    Do you think that the site is wrong?
