MFP defaulted to 1200 daily calories. How do I change it to 1400?

From your browser, click "My Home" then, "Goals"
Here's a direct link:

Then click the button, "Edit" on the section you want to change: in this case the top one, "Daily Nutrition Goals."

Up at the top of the page, the blue bar. Click "My Home" then click "Goals" then click the "Edit" button next to the word "Daily Nutrition Goals" in the blue bar just under "your Fitness Goals" Then you can type in whatever you want.0 -
On the Android app, you pull out the menu on the left hand side, click "goals", click "calorie and macronutrient goals" and change it to 1400.
These options are in different places depending if you're using the website or one of the apps. I don't know how to do it on the iOS app.0
